Return & Exchange Policy

Upon receiving the parcel, please check and verify your purchase immediately.

  1. Please email [email protected] submit your return request.
  2. 7 Days Returns and Exchanges Policy applies for orders within Malaysia only.
  3. Promotion items or Clearance items are NOT eligible for return and exchange.
  4. All return/exchange applications will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned items. If defects are found 7 days after the receiving date, DIAMOND POINT SDN. BHD. reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
  5. Minor variations in measurement (within 1inches) is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible
  6. All products are eligible for only a One-time exchange and return.
  7. Returned goods must be in new original condition(unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all labels and packaging attached (E.g. Item tags/labels, dust bag, accessories, etc). The management of reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion. Damaged, soiled, or altered return goods will not be entertained and to be returned to customers.
  8. Returns of defective products are subject to:
    1. Same model (subject to stock availability), OR
    2. Product with same value 
  9. We will issue a One-to-One exchange for product(s) that are found to be defective due to manufacturing issues. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, a refund will be issued.
  10. We do not accept returns / exchanges of online purchases at any of our retail outlets. All returns are strictly to be made at HQ only. 
  11. Returns should be sent to the following address along with proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase will not be entertained

  1. Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange.
  2. Upon returning your item to us, please email [email protected] with the following information:-
    1. Your Name ( As per invoice )
    2. Invoice Number / Order ID
    3. Reason for return
    4. Return Parcel Tracking number
  3. We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receiving your order back. Whilst it may be sooner, please allow up to 7 working days during sale periods.


  1. We will only issue you a refund via GIFT CARD / VOUCHER CODE. Kindly place your new order with the Credits within ONE (1) month.
  2. No cash will be reimbursed for unused store credit.
  3. Refunds will be performed based on the amount paid for the previous order. Customers are required to top up the balance for their new purchase if there are price differences between the returned and new item.
  4. Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of return for refund.
  5. All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way. The management of reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.
  6. Only returns via mailing are accepted as we do not honour returns via walk-ins to our Headquarter or Retail Store.
