We accept payment on our website via FPX Online Banking OR Credit card Visa and Mastercard

DELIVERY & TRACKING

LOCAL SHIPPING (WITHIN MALAYSIA) 

1.How do we charge the Shipping fees?

  • Flat Rate for West Malaysia RM 10.00
  • Flat Rate for East Malaysia RM 20.00
  • Shipping fees is free for purchase above RM 250.00
  • Shipping fees will appear together in the cart after check out. Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order.

2. When will you receive your parcel?

  • We need 1-3 working days to pack and dispatch your order to our logistics partner.
  • Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia via Pos Laju or DHL is 2 – 3 working days.
  • Estimated delivery time to East Malaysia via Pos Laju or DHL is 5 – 10 working days.
  • There will some expect delays during festive periods and sales promotion period. Kindly note that the delivery period is an estimation and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival which may sometimes be disrupted due to delivery issues at the courier company or customs.

3. Will there be an additional charge for re-delivery?

    • Yes. If a parcel was not delivered to the recipient and it has been returned by our logistics partner, a second delivery fee will be charged according to your area or region. Note that the second delivery fee is the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Orders cut-off time and when do we deliver? 

    • Monday to Friday (except on public holidays). This does not take into account possible delay caused by payment authorization. There will be some expected delays during festive periods and sales promotion period.

5. How to track your parcel and tracking number?

    • Tracking number and order status will be updated via email in 1-3 working days. Kindly refer to your email’s INBOX/ SPAM/ JUNK folder. 
    • You may also refer to your Dashboard (Order Status) for more updates. Note that all delivery and delay notices will be updated via email accordingly.
    • You may track your parcel location via our logistic partner’s official webpage, or otherwise you may also check it HERE.

6. I haven’t received my parcel. Who do I contact?

    • Please access default logistics tracking website to track your parcel status. Otherwise, please email [email protected]
