Shipping Fees & Tracking

FREE local shipping available when you shop RM300.00 (Malaysia).

Shipping cost will appear together with your total after check out.
Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order.

When will I receive my (local) parcel?
  • We need 1-3 working days to pack and dispatch your order to our default logistics partner. Delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days, depending on the area:- Standard Courier. 1-3 working days. Tracking – Please go to track order status.
Will there be an additional charge for re-delivery?
  • If there is a 3rd failed delivery attempt, you may incur an additional delivery charge.
Do you ship internationally?
  • International Shipping currently not available.
I haven’t received my parcel. Who do I contact?
Returns & Exchange Policy

Upon receiving the parcel, please check and verify your purchase immediately.

  1. 7 Days Returns and Exchanges Policy applies for orders within Malaysia only.
  2. Promotion items are NOT eligible for return and exchange.
  3. If defects are found 7 days after the receiving date, DIAMOND POINT SDN. BHD. reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear.
  4. Minor variations in measurement (within 1inches) is not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible
  5. All products are eligible for only a one-time exchange and return.
  6. Returned goods must be in new original condition(unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all labels and packaging attached (E.g. Item tags/labels, dust bag, accessories, etc)
  7. A final inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your return.
  8. Damaged, soiled, or altered return goods will not be entertained and to be returned to customer.
  9. All return/exchange application will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned items.
  10. For goods exchange, customers need to place a new order upon receiving store credit.
  11. Returns of defective products are subject to:
  • Same model (subject to stock availability), OR
  • Product with same value (only if OOS from the original model)
  1. If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, wallet credit or refund will be issued.
International Orders
  1. We do not offer refund and exchange for international customers due to payment and shipping complications for international order. However, we will perform detailed inspection prior sending out all parcels.
  2. Warranty program is not available for international order.
Return Policy
  1. Kindly fill up and submit the Returns & Exchanges Application Form before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed.
  2. Return period starts from the receiving date. (E.g.: Courier service website stated you are receiving the parcel on 05/06/2019, your latest return application date will be 11/06/2019.)
  3. Products can only be returned via shipping only (Purchases on are not returnable and exchangeable at any BENEDETTI POLO CREATIONS® retail outlet in Malaysia).
  4. For non-defective goods, shipping costs (2 ways) are to be borne by the customers.
  5. For defective goods, 100% of the return shipping cost will be absorbed by DIAMOND POINT SDN. BHD.
  6. We recommend that you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking.
    Kindly note that DIAMOND POINT SDN. BHD. will not be responsible for the loss of the returned parcel.

  1. Refund would only be done as Wallet Credit. Strictly no cash refund is allowed.
  2. Customer Service will debit Wallet Credit to your account at benedettipolocreations.comupon completion of inspection.
  3. Wallet credit will only be valid for 60 days from the date issued.
  4. Wallet credit is tagged to your benedettipolocreations.comonline account and is non-transferable.
  5. Refunds will be based on the merchandise value on your invoice, excluding shipping and handling charges from your initial order.
  6. Wallet credit is not applicable for use in any of the S’AIME retail stores in Malaysia.
  7. Wallet credit cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  8. Normal shipping charges will apply for the subsequent orders purchased using Wallet credit.
  9. Any unused value can be used in your future purchases.
  10. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the wallet credit will require payment via bank transfer or IPAY88 for the balance due.
